2.3.0 QRS Complex

The QRS complex represents the uncancelled electrical forces generated as first the interventricular septum is depolarized from the left ventricular side to the right ventricular side and then the right and left ventricular free walls are sequentially and simultaneously depolarized from endocardium to epicardium and from apex to base.
