2.3.20

The ECG shown here illusrates a different frontal plane axis and spatial vector but is still within normal limits. Note that this QRS complex is comprised of only a single component. It is about 4 mm positive in lead I, 15 mm positive in lead II and 11 mm positive in lead III and its frontal plane axis is approximately +75 degrees.
