2.3.32

In the horizontal plane, the normal main QRS vector is oriented posteriorly and to the left. This results in a predominately negative QRS complex in the right sided, anterior chest (or precordial) leads (leads V1 and V2), and a positive QRS complex in the left sided, more posterior chest (or precordial) leads (leads V5 and V6).
