This ECG is from a patient with prostate cancer who experienced the sudden onset of chest pain and shortness of breath which was diagnosed to have been caused by an acute pulmonary embolus. Note the S wave in lead I and the Q wave in lead III, the incomplete right bundle branch and the inverted T waves in leads III, and V1-V4.
