The ECG demonstrates all the electrocardiographic features of right ventricular hypertrophy caused by systolic pressure overload of the right ventricle. These include: 1) Right axis deviation 2) Tall P waves in lead II 3) Prominent R wave in right anterior leads (aVR and V1) 4) Prominent S wave in left posterior leads (I, aVL, V5, V6) 5) An R to S ratio which is increased in V1 and decreased in V6 6) Inverted T waves in leads II, V2, V3.
