6.1.40 (frame 39)

The coronary angiogram from this patient is diagrammed here. The circumflex coronary artery was very small and the posterior descending coronary artery arose from the large right coronary artery which was almost totally obstructed. The left anterior coronary artery was also almost totally occluded, but its distal portion was supplied by collateral vessels arising from the right coronary above the point of obstruction.
