Tracing F was recorded 2 days after tracing E (and 6 days after tracing A). The AV conduction disturbances are no longer present. The rate is 80, there is 1:1 AV conduction and the PR interval is now normal (0.18 seconds). Cardiac catheterization revealed a totally occluded right coronary artery with inferior and posterior wall motion abnormalities. The catheterization findings and the evolution of the ECG changes are consistent with the diagnosis of a recent inferior wall infarction.
