''

This ECG strip demonstrates an atrial premature beat (arrow) followed by a QRS complex having an incomplete right bundle branch block pattern. This is an aberrantly conducted atrial premature beat. The interval between the normal QRS complex that precedes the premature, aberrantly conducted QRS complex and the aberrantly conduced QRS complex itself is 0.48 seconds, while the cycle length that precedes the normally conducted beat is 0.80 seconds.
