3.1.0 Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB)

There are three clinical settings in which the electrical forces generated by the right ventricle become discernible on the body surface electrocardiogram. The first is when conduction through the right bundle branch is slowed or blocked. This is referred to as incomplete and complete right bundle branch block (RBBB). The second is when there is right ventricular hypertrophy. The third is when there is ventricular pre-excitation with the bypass tract located on the left side.
