Shown here is the ECG from a 28 year old female who was taken to the Emergency Department because of the sudden onset of dizziness and weakness. She gave a history of similar spells in the past and of fainting on one or two occasions. She was on no medications and had no known heart disease. What is your interpretation of this wide QRS complex tachycardia and how would you have treated this patient?
