This ECG was recorded from a nineteen year old female without no history of heart disease, other than a history of “supraventricular tachycardia”. Try to decide whether the wide complex beats are supraventricular or ventricular in origin by going through the same steps just employed for the ECG of the young woman with the fascicular tachycardia.
