This ECG is from the same patient. It was recorded shortly after electrical cardioversion and shows a run of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia having QRS complexes that are identical to those recorded during the sustained wide complex tachycardia. This confirms the diagnosis of ventricular tachycardia.
