Another example of interpolated ventricular premature beats is shown here. The PP intervals range between 0.92 and 0.10 seconds with an overall sinus rate of 64. The PR interval of the beats preceding the premature beats is 0.16 seconds and there is right bundle branch block. There are two ventricular premature beats and each is interpolated between two sinus complexes. The post extrasystolic sinus P waves (arrows), fall within the T wave of the premature beat and are therefore difficult to appreciate. They conduct to the ventricles with PR intervals that are prolonged to approximately 0.24 seconds.
