Another example of an ectopic atrial tachycardia with 2:1 AV block is shown here. The atrial rate is 210 and the ventricular rate is 105. The P waves are best seen in V1 and, as in the prior tracing, one is easily seen before each QRS while the second (arrow) is contained within the T wave and more difficult to recognize.
