This ECG is from a 25 year old male with occasional chest pain and dizzy spells. A grade 4/6 systolic murmur and 4th heart sound,  similar to that shown here,  were best heard at the left sternal border and at the apex.

Based on the history, the characteristics of the murmur and the ECG, try to predict the echocardiographic findings.
