The ECG shown here is from a 42 year old female with sarcoidosis and significant shortness of breath. A low pitched blowing diastolic murmur, similar to that reproduced here, was heard along her left sternal border, There were no systolic murmurs. What diagnosis would you consider to explain the ECG and the murmur?
